If You Go In

You may have noticed there was no music yesterday.  That is partly because Ash Wednesday ought to be penitential, and partly because, well, I had plans for this week's piece.

You see, I thought about putting up one of the Donne poems I'd set to music, but then I thought better of that.  I thought about Shakespeare, and decided (since my Shakespeares aren't scored yet) he'd be too much work.  I even thought briefly about putting up the rather tongue-in-cheeky piece I wrote that stole its refrain from Dante ... but it would require too much context.

Enter Arthur and William to the rescue.  Take it away, mon frères.

N.B. There are not half bad versions here and here, 

but I think this one is rather the best of the lot.
